Within your home or office the installed technology will benefit from regular maintenance and servicing.

We offer a remote monitoring service which can facilitate problem detection and resolution as well as allowing for minor changes and upgrades to be performed remotely.

As part of our maintenance agreements we ensure that a cloud backup of all configuration files and documentation is kept up to date to ensure that if equipment does fail then it can easily be replaced configured as it was previously.

Both firmware and software upgrades are regularly made available for lighting control, audio and visual systems as well as networking. Many of these upgrades can be performed remotely as part of our contract.

Our remote monitoring service ensures that all of your equipment is kept up to date and running at its optimum level.

No system is dust immune and regular 6 monthly service visits ensure that any rack mounted equipment can be cleaned to ensure longevity and that it stays within the correct operating temperatures.

As filters become blocked the fans within many systems start to work harder decreasing reliability and increasing noise.

We offer four levels of support, Bronze, Silver and Gold as well as a bespoke Platinum service to suit a client’s exact needs. Each contract varies by call out response and cover.

We can also take over existing systems after an initial investigation and documentation visit.
